Yvette Moyo is a social entrepreneur, brand strategist, family health and fitness enthusiast and a leader in the fatherhood movement. She is credited with changing the way Father’s Day is celebrated as chief marketing officer and owner of the Real Men Cook® brand for over 20 years, which is an event featuring men cooking for a cause. Her events have become the national Father’s Day tradition. Her efforts have landed Real Men Cook on various Food Network programs including Paula Deen and Emeri Live!; in USA Today, TIME magazine, on the Christian Broadcast Network (CBN) and on major news networks and syndicated radio with her good men messages inspiring millions. In fact, over one million dollars have been provided to event non-profit partners and worthy organizations from proceeds for the Real Men Cook events, now presented by Real Men Charities, Inc. over the years.

Last year Yvette Moyo launched The South Shore Current magazine with her business partner and cousin, Lisa Dawn Taylor with this vision: Thriving as a catalyst of economic development, reflecting a truthful image, and a virtual meeting place for the South Shore community.

She also published the second edition of her healthy book with coaching tips for those not familiar with cooking delicious meals with fresh fruits and vegetables. The intent is to getting more families to cook, and to view food as medicine to fight disease. The book is entitled, Real Women Cook: Building Healthy Communities with Recipes that Stir the Soul. Co-author is former Paris restaurateur, Sharon L. Morgan.
